They had built a powerful AI tool for guiding real estate clients through the decision-making journey, but the way the brand looked and communicated didn’t reflect what the product actually felt like. Instead of clarity, calm and guidance, the old identity made the tool look generic, even slightly cold. Real estate agencies couldn’t immediately understand the value, and clients didn’t see the emotional comfort the platform was designed to bring.

Process
We started by thinking about the main values the founders told us about. MILARA exists for one reason: to guide people through change and help them find their perfect place - whatever that means to them.
At first, we tried ideas around "sanctuary" and "home," but we quickly realized these words mean different things to different people. Too personal. So we dug deeper.
We went back to the original ideas and found our answer hidden in the name itself: Mile + Ara. A journey and a destination. A story about moving forward and arriving somewhere better. That became the foundation for everything.
